At the Better Blind Company we are fully aware that price is an important factor especially at the survey and installation stage, to aid you in this we have endeavoured to ensure our contract ranges are extremely competitively priced. Although that does not mean we have cut any corners, our systems, materials and fabrics are chosen with durability in mind.

Every week we easily turn over hundreds of products from our quality assured range. We are no strangers to high capacity and our experience of working with project managers means that regardless of the project size we are confident that we will be able to meet your schedules and deadlines.
Health and Safety:
The Better Blind Company takes extreme care when making sure all of our staff are safe at all times. We follow the best practices in hygiene, health and safety to ensure that our survey, installation and maintenance processes remain incident free.
All our surveyors and installers are equipped with CSCS cards and we are registered members of Citation PLC which is a queen’s award winning service. The Citation has written a tailored and comprehensive health and safety policy for us.
Environmental Policy:
At the Better Blind Company we have built our product and service offering, supply chain and operations around environmental considerations. We believe that it is everyone’s responsibility to look after the environment as it affects us all. Our focus is split into three stages: Choice of Product, Choice of Supplier and Operations.
Service:
We are able to offer a full end to end service, from the consultation to maintaining and cleaning the product. Alternatively we can come in at any stage of the project. When you start a project with the Better Blind Company you will be appointed a dedicated point of contact who you can contact in regards to your project at any time.
Investors in People Accreditation:
The Better Blind Company has been registered under the Investors in People since 2004. The IIP visit our site periodically and assess the company. Some of the areas that the IIP noted we excelled in were strong leadership, strong team spirit, high job satisfaction and a people orientated culture.
